  • Bulk Paper Scanning - using barcode technology scan paper documents in bulk from your existing scanning machine where they link (save) to the relevant client record. This enables you to go paperless.
  • Email notifications – When a client field hits a next contact date or an important deadline i.e. 7 days overdue date is reached a reminder email is sent to that person.
  • Easily extends to other areas of the business – Ferret is used for many other parts of the business including – Accounts Payable Approvals, HR and Payroll, Job / Project Management, Works Orders, Quality Control, Health and Safety Compliance etc.

Custom SQL Reporting

Ferret offers custom SQL reporting to suit your Customer/ Sales Management needs. These are delivered to your inbox(s) daily/ weekly/ monthly.

Examples of Reports:

  • Sales Summary – Signed orders not invoiced per rep, client, date won, value, next contact date, next step. Verbally closed not signed per rep, client, verbal close date, value, next contact date, next step. Graph of sales accumulating with breakeven line
  • Client Management – Open Issues with no action, Overdue next contact date – Rep, next contact date past today, total calls overdue
  • Insurance – Claims not actioned in X days Total Claims processed, customer service rep, average time taken to close claim, total claim time graph
  • Accounts Payable – Invoices not actioned in X days, Invoices not approved in X days, Total Invoices received, Total Invoices not yet approved, Number of Invoices not approved per Approver
  • Project & Task Management - In progress - owner, project type, project name, current holdup. Overdue Tasks past Due Date
